valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) – 20%, aerial parts of the goose-foot (Leonorus cardiaca) – 20%, lavender flowers (Lavadula angustifolia) – 15%, roinita leaves (Melissa officinalis) – 15%, leaves and flowers hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) – 10%, linden flowers (Tilia europaea) – 5%, hop cones (Humulus lupulus) – 5%, aerial parts of St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) – 5%, sage leaves (Salvia officinalis ) 5%.

  • Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a species of perennial herbaceous plant in the family Valerianaceae also called odolean, navalnic, goose-pigeon or grass-cat. It is 70-170 cm tall, has red-lilac to white flowers that are grouped in an umbel-shaped inflorescence. Due to its active components, volatile oil, isovaleric acid, valerian acid and alkaloids (catinin, alpha-methyl-pyrylketone, valerianone), preparations from valerian rhizomes (tea, tincture, dry extract) are administered internally and externally (baths) in states agitation, sleep disturbances and cardiac arrhythmias of a nervous nature.

  • The sole of the goose has an antispasmodic action, being used as a cardiac tonic, sedative, hypnotic and general or stomachic antispasmodic. It is indicated in heart diseases, arrhythmias of nervous origin or as a remedy against depressive states.

Way of ussage:

make an infusion pouring over 1 teaspoon (about 3g) of the plant 250ml boiling water (or 1 teaspoon of the plant to 500ml boiling water) and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
